Personal training

Our personal training services are carried out either indoors at 6 Degrees South in Elsternwick (click here for map), or outdoors at a park local to you.  Indoor sessions can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, outdoor sessions are either 45 minutes or 1 hour in duration. Your goals will determine the type of training implemented by our trainers, but below is a brief summary of some of the training methods employed:

Weight training

Resistance training (or weights) is where a load is applied to a muscle forcing it to work. The load could be a machine, kettlebell, dumbbells, or even your own bodyweight.

Cardio

Cardio training is considered anything where the heart rate is elevated to produce an aerobic response. Simply running on the spot or performing jumping jacks can give you the results we're after!

Boxing

Doesn't everyone love to box?!? The opportunity to get out frustrations or stresses? It also doubles as a great cardio and resistance workout. Our trainers have the skills to get you firing with the gloves.
